I've just fitted some original benches into series 3 they fold up no problem and look good , just wondered if the base cushion should be fitted to the frame of does it sit loose

Does it have a bit of string at the back? Mine do and just tie to the frame to stop them sliding off

No, but they do have two holes where it looks like it should be , string I can do! . Thanks

Tapes at the back tied to the frame, strap to hold seats up if not in use.
