Does anyone know or use this lane? How does it get in winter?

Unfortunatly this is now a restricted byway following the nerc act. You can't drive any further than the car park at the top. The restricted byway sign isn't immediatly visable as its located towards the far right corner of the car park rather than logically being placed over to the left. Shame really, this was a nice lane to drive.
