hi there,

I have a 2003 L322 Range Rover with 3.0 Diesel engine.

It has the early style navigation/radio display (the one with lots of buttons on each side).

Sometimes the display is distractingly bright at night. Is there a quick way to turn off the display (other than fiddling through the menu and choosing "turn off display"?

Nope....

I take it you have turned the brightness level down on the config menu?

Cut a piece of card and blutack it over the screen

4 years late but mine same year n engine says “monitor off” bottom right on main menu if anyone els has same issue!

Hi, many thanks. I agree that’s useful but I feel it’s a shame there isn’t a simple button.

used to it now though after 4 years

I guess you can't just use voice command and say "display off" on the non touch screens?
