been trawling the inter webs looking for series 3 inner wing panels for the front wings but no one seems to do them. Has anyone come across them or have a good source for the other front wing components?

I am in the same boat, as I currently do not have any inner wings fitted and it will rot away my heater and fan if I do not get something in their soon. I am considering making my own out of some old conveyor belt or truck mud guards until I can fin the proper parts.
 
These are plain metal. I think you can get galv ones, but dunno where from. I painted mine with Chassis Black.
 
The key is to put extra nuts on the bolts so they sit 1/4" off the footwell, that way the water and mud drains out the bottom and you preven the rust trap on the footwell.
 
I wasn’t meaning the mud shield I was meaning the engine bay side of the front wing,

all I can find is the front panel where the lights are fitted and the outer side skin in plastic or aluminium.

One of my inner wings was a bit chewed up when I took it off, might end up having to make one if no one knows of anyone who makes them?

I don’t need them but I never saw the top side of the wings anywhere either.

Also are the plastic outer skins any good or do they never look right?
 
They come up on e-bay quite often. Once they are off you should be able to beat worst of the dents out. I patch the bodywork using countersunk pop rivets. Its acceptable for aircraft so why not a Series?
 
The inner wings are a very simple shape, easily copied with some plain ally sheet and some wood and clamps to put the bends in.

My trouble is it is all crumpled and smashed not sure how it happened, my main worry is getting the fixing points in the right place. Has anyone got any dimensions or even better some diagrams?
 
I did see those but they are for a series 1 and don’t look like the same shape as a series 3

You could do a "want to buy" inner series wings advert - it might help. It might get ignored - but hey you never know

Failing that is there not a series 3 club somewhere you could join / see if they too have a spare parts for sale section?

(I know the series 2 club has one but I'm not sure if inner wings will fit between a 2 and a 3 mainly because of the lack of space / need for a brake booster - I think there's four / six cylinder differences too)
