There is an issue here, while I agree that a gavi chassis looks puka, they are a target for low lifes :violent:who nick them to sell to the unsuspecting! LRO advises painting your gavi chassis to try to stop this. Pity!

galvi chassis i dnt have that luxury im talking bout the cappings and those bits
 
Hello, have been getting a galv bulkhead ready for painting and need to match the original coloue grey as best i can. Can anyone give some advice on colour code or paint name for my 1981 Series II 88", the original grey is in the picture below.

However you is Noo I's feelin charitable so please "Search" for paint codes ;) :D
 
For a series 3 has to be bronze green or even marine blue with a limestone hard top like mine.
 
the bulkhead pictured earlier i'd say is "mid grey" the same as my 109 is supposed to be

the 109 above looks to have been painted "pastel green" or a close match
