Can some 1 give me some info as in ages of these gearboxes

The number you have shown is a casting number ie part identifier when they make the components. Is there any numbers stamped on the edge of transfer case. as seen in attached pic or stamped any where else.
A photo of the drivers side of selector box will also help ie the bolts holding the reverse stop spring plate differ on Suffix D box.

As your clutch is hydraulic on drivers side I believe that makes it a Series 2A box Suffix A is the version.
If it is a Series 2 I believe it would have the mechanical clutch linkage.
Have a read of this as Series 2 gearboxes went up to suffix E.

Have you driven it does it have synchromesh on all gears.

thats why i asked about the pic as number is series 3, suffix e series 2a boxes are all synchro too and basically the same box as a suffix a series 3,suffix e is when side mounted slave changed to slave bolted direct to bell housing
