Hi still not sure what spring and dampers to use
11 bar?
9 bar?
7 bar?
And what dampers go with them

Bar? Do you mean leafs? What are you trying to do with it. Also bear in mind that newer components could well make the vehicle ride and handle better than standard spec items.
