Of course all this value talk is only worthwhile if you want to sell the vehicle. If it's something you think you'll want to keep forever then do with it as you wish.

I'm never selling my series. So I'm doing to it as I want after all I paid for it. But when I bought mine the 13 previous owners had changed quite a lot. Plenty of basic 109's on the road and restored to factory and factory reconditioned vehicles, if everyone had them would be plain boring.

I'm never selling my series
Can you give me Saturdays lottery numbers please 109? as you can see the future!!! I'm guessing I'm older than you - but I must've sold 3 or 4 vehicles that I swore I'd "never" sell - in fact a 1965 2a just last week............................ life just throws stuff at you mate - then you HAVE to sell......................................

That's you though mate and not myself.
I am in full control of my life and there will always be options in the future but unless a life depended on it I will not sell it. Doesn't mean I can see into the future. I don't plan on selling it so its value means nothing to me. It could be worth £1 or a million quid and it wouldn't effect my view on selling it. Money means nothing to me at all it's a scrap of paper and there are more importing things than fantasising over money or the prospect of money.
