Nice to see a Perkins badge, I wonder what engine?
Did this last summer in my 2a. Brilliant drive. 1000 odd miles round tripEr, a Perkins Prima engine . At least one of the others, has a 200 TDI . I am not sure about the truck cab . This group of Chappies go by the name of Team Faff and have a number of other sets of videos on YouTube , which I find much more interesting . Steven Patchett has become quite expert at editing his videos and are very inspiring .

The NR 500 is in danger of becoming a victim of its own success. Too many bikes going too fast someone is going to get killed, campsites full to overflowing, people more intent on the route rather than appreciating the fantastic world class scenery. Mallaig is rammed with no beds unless booked, pubs etc. Campsites are also maxed out. I'd recommend doing it early summer or spring when quieter and nae midges. Was in Inverness last week, didn't realsie how big a thing the NC500 is now, lots of people doing it, tee-shirts and badges. It was work so I didn't have the Landy with me, pity as I was very tempted.
