G'day. A quick poser for you all. I have a series 1 (almost complete) to restore. The only identification number I can find is on a brass panel on the bulkhead saying car number 26105387. Can any of you clever buggers help me out with any more information from this number alone or is there any other identification marks I should look for. I can't see a chassis number on the engine mounting where land rover say it should be and I can't work out from other land rover websites exactly what these numbers pertain to. HELP!!
