Check fluid levels.
Get in.
Turn key.
If battery is flat, get jump leads.
Start engine.
Use first and reverse to shock brakes free. Dont be a pansy with it, it might take a fair jolt.
If rears are still seized, chock front wheels to prevent roll away and hit rear drum backplates hard with a hammer.
Drive slowly with light pressure on the brakes to get the discs cleaned up.
Stop and check fluids.
Carry on as normal.
It will be fine. I just did the above with a pug 106 that was given to me. It had been parked up for several years and it went easy enough and is running fine.
