Can anyone post a photo of how the seat rails are arranged for a Series 3?

Mine had defender seats fitted when I got it. I am planning to go back to the original series seats.

The Land Rover official repair manual only shows removal of the seat box. There is no diagram for the actual seats.

Thanks for any replies.

Are you using fixed or adjustable?

They look to be the fixed type.

I have tried downloading that parts list before, but my PC seems to freeze every time.

Opening fine for me, but I'm using a Mac. It's a zipped file so you can't open it directly.

I've got the adjustable ones and to be honest the actual adjustment is limited, if you can source fixed I'd go for that if they're cheaper. I've never adjusted either of my seats.
