Hello all,

A very quick question,- Are the seat covers on my 300tdi (R reg) removable so that I can wash them in the washer. I'd like to know before I rip them.

can we take it that you mean a fibre washer and not a copper or steel one

Yes, i want to take them off and pass them through a small hole just for fun.

i think you can take them of but it would be a ball ache of a job so imo you may be better off just getting a fabric cleaning spray/foam and doing them that way mate

I was thinking i may have to do it that way. I just really cant be arsed scrubbing. I might bribe her indoors to do it!!!

Yes u can remove the covers although they are not intended to be removed, no zips etc and if you wash them then they may shrink and then be to small to refit.
Get a professional in with their steam cleaning kit and make them like new.
