If the car was sold originally with seatbelts they must be present and working. If the car did not have seat belts they need not be present. i.e. On a SIII you must have front seat belts, but not back ones. However, if you fit seatbelts ALL seatbelts present must meet standards.

The turbo makes a lot of difference when towing (100bhp). I need to fit rangy diffs to make a difference when normal motoring, I max out on the govenor at about 85mph. Shocks a few car drivers when driven hard, Im not frightened to challenge people from the lights. Turbo exit is right above the chassis unlike my 2.5 n/a that passes down and back.

Im so impressed with the turbo engine my 90 will be getting one to power it self along asap.
