Pictured are both my seat belt brackets. I put them back in today and have realised the PO has switched one round at some point.. Which one is the wrong way around? I think the passenger's side seems right but I could argue it either way.

For swapping one of them around.. Is what looks like the bolt with just two flat sides easy to undo, or is it secured in some other way that's not clear by looking at it?

You have bolts missing from the bracket could fail MOT , belts look very old are they static ones.

Just had a look, mine are facing out, yes just undo it, its 7/16 UNF.

Yes they're the original static ones.

Some years back I got in car with static belts and forgot, went to reach for the wiper switch and nearly stranged myself.
