Going to seal up the gutters on the Ninety in the near future. The roof is white so just going to use some sort of white sealant and not bother to paint it.
Anyone recommend a sealer to use or would any PU adhesive work?
Not going to use Creaping Crack stuff as I don't like it.

I'd do the joins but leave the drains ...

Do you mean the roof panel joints?
Will do them aswell while the roof rack if of.
Why not seal the gutters?

Water sitting in the gutters will freeze and split parts, sometimes where you can't see it, better to let it drain and dry ...

I used Sikaflex, it did the job well. Only thing is you use a bit and the rest goes off in the container which seems a waste.

I used white sikafelx for mine. removed all the old sealant, made sure i did not seal the drain holes in the corners and it did not cure the leaking roof! on the job list this summer is to go over the roof seams as i only did the gutter, and also seal the rear roof vents as these are apparently a likely culprit for letting water in as well.

The intention is to do the lot while the roof rack is off.
Might be some coming through the vents, although I did them years ago.

well, for what its worth, it seems no-one has the answer to this common problem of water dripping over the inner door seal onto your right leg... my 2001 90 td5 is great apart from this problem......i`m at my wits end and winter is fast approaching.....i have to park facing uphill, and although fitted with a sunroof, i`ve covered this with a plastic sheet, still it showers me...ive sealed every roof seam with gorrilla tape, still showered, silkaflexed all gutters etc, still showered..............new seals on safaris, showered. new door seals, showered. captain Tolleys in every orifice, still showered, its unbelievable, Its 2024 and i cannot stop the water ...please help with the solution,

I had the answer on mine 😉
I used what I think was caravan door edge lip/gutter as it ended up annoying me so much. Worked a treat

Having just googled it not sure how that would help. You got any pictures of how you applied it.
No was a while ago. I put it on the a pillar, chamfered into the end of the gutter trim if you can picture that. It then ran down to the back of front wing/bulkhead gutter. It didn’t look all that great but I didn’t care. Basically it kept water coming off the roof and down the screen from spilling straight over that corner and into the door

Ok that kind of makes sense. I may give it a go. Although interestingly unlike ray walker one is worse if I park facing uphill. So I think mine might be coming in somewhere different. Has been suggested the rear roof vents might be a a culprit. But I have yet to seal them properly.
