You only need 1 nob. The passenger side needs pop riveting closed so you get all the heat.(I told the mrs they were made like that )

nice bit of kit, better with the big bore pipes they don’t fur up

I see you have already damaged bobbs rear
Was it a good weekend?
What was the MPG?
:(I never got around to putting all the rivets in the cappings and it's bitten me on the arse.
Mpg:eek: lets just say it's no where near what the discovery was but that smell of petrol fumes and hot mud and grass on the exhaust just brings back memories as I know @callisr would agree.

The three reprobates, the third being @danny6801

After filling up in Wales, I used about 5/8 of a tank laning and getting home. No idea how many miles we did though. If I hadn’t filled up when we got to Wales, I reckon I’d have used 7/8 of a tank so probably about 45ltrs door to door....
I’ve spent the day getting all the leaves and a stick out of my heater blower:D
Damage report......
Rather distorted snorkel top
Broken door handle*
Rubber hub cap AWOL
Broken wheel arch flare
Dented wing*
Bent bumper*
Ruined sill panels
Cracked side light lense
Very greasy wiper blades (thanks to bobb:D)
Bruised elbow
Very sore knee
Tinnitus
Split shorts (They were more like a skirt!:D)

* absolutely NO idea how these things happened:D:D

was a great day though and Bobb was ace! @Marmaduke .........yeah bobs aromas are pure delight

Interesting, pound for pound it's cost me about 25 quid more.
Only damage is rear light capping which wants rivetting
Clutch slave cylinder is no more:( proper gear crunching all the way home.
Defender modified clutch pedal ordered and new master and slave cylinders ordered
Oh and shiny paintwork scratched to death

It’s all character, mate! Every mark tells a story......and every Land Rover should have a story to tell!:)

Well, I slept well last night that's for sure.
Damage report on mine.
A slight dint near the roof on the side panel
And a slightly damaged snorkel top.

Was a great day out and for me, the star of the day was seeing bobb for the first time and for the way it handled everything the defenders did without diff lock as well. I cant see the new Defender going down the lanes we did anytime soon. Scratchy scratchy was the order of the day. All in all a great day thanks @Marmaduke for another good one.
