Hi all,
I know there is a mountain of info on here for this but in layman terms if i fancy a more up to date sat nav tv unit in my 2002 l322 what can i put in there without being an electronics genius?

The sat nav is easy look for a mk4 dvd unit out bmw x5, only down side is it will show bmw logo on start up but there is a way round that something to do with burning a disc with land rover on it cant remember all the details right now, somebody out there will know though.

I did the Mk3 to Mk4 dvd unit install to upgrade my 2004 Range Rover. Donor unit came from an X5. I used resources in this link to get the Range Rover screen.

Thanks guy,s, mine has the later 3d update a 5 postcode entry but just wanted one where we can watch the tv and be a bit more upmarketlol

They make Android units that fit in the dash. Don't know if you could watch TV, but they support video playback.

Try searching tv upgrade rather than SatNav

You can add a Hybrid TV module if you want to maintain the current system. Used module and cable adds up though. To be honest the quality of the screen is not that great
