recently purchased 2009 range rover sport can anyone help with sat nav update

depending what system you have you need to purchase a DVD map disc or if you have HDD nav you need to go to a LR dealer to have it updated by them.

Go to landrover.navigation.com and it’ll help you work out which nav system and what update method you need

@gstuart might have a clue with this, if its the dealer job dont even bother they can only up date to 2014 at a cost of several hundred pounds, cheaper to buy stand alone sat nav.
