Hi all...I'm new here so have had a look through threads but can't find an answer so hope you guys can help? I have finally bought a FL2 2009 with a factory fit sat nav. It will NOT store my home/memory points/recent destinations! As soon as I turn it off it just goes back to some random locations up north! It's driving me crackers! I have updated the disc on the off chance but it has made no difference anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance Gemma

I would check the power and grounds are good to the module - sounds as if it losing them when the ignition is turned off

If they're good it could be module itself is corrupted - disconnecting the battery before it shuts down can damage the unit

Ok where is the module? Is that under the seat or in the dash? Thanks

Under the seat - the one you put the new map disc in
