I'm reasonably sure that knob pushes on from the outside but not positive.
I'll have to look at mine again as I'm going off memory but I recall that the hole in the switch pack cover is too small for the knob to pass through so it's fitted after...I'll go look...
@Lukas018 how much for the switch pack complete, needs to be sunroof type though .

Sure you could make a little plastic knob:eek::D.

It is sunroof and it has the little sides on the drivers window switch so you dont open the sunroof by mistake and dump snow on the occupants:eek:.

Just had a look and the knob does fit on from the outside, the little stalk I have left is the only thing that could pass through the switch pack cover.

yes i need the threaded rod behind the battery box that the battery clamp holds to, dont think you can get it as a part number only off a vehicle?
fuel flap switch and a wheel nut but they are easy enough to get hold of.

I am sure I have the rod if you want it and a wheel nut?

You can buy lengths of threaded rod of various diameters at DIY stores.

I don't suppose you have the little nut and bolt from the positive battery terminal? The one on the wife's P38 has developed legs while being stored, so currently relying on a jubilee clip to secure it.

I will have a look think it's just a normal nut and bolt.
