I've got 2" rear spring hangers on my s3 swb but the springs looked flat, i've just put parabolic springs on, (noticed the spring hangers are sprung loaded and pull to the back), the new springs also sit flat and the spring hangers are at 45 degree angle, is this normal? the rear end skips out when dring on roads with pot holes drains etc, most other ones i have seen sit more virtical, I know parabolic are more springy but theres no difference in handling, i have had the landy aligned and all is ok, new shocks etc, any thoughts?

ah! now there's a point, looks like there on the original plate. was there supposed to be an extension on the ubolt bracket?

:DJust a thought when you changed the springs did you change all the bushes as well including the ones in the chassis as if the top ones are rusted solid they will give the affect of being spring loaded causing the springs to wind up as you have described.

Hope this helps.
