I'm going to investigate, but yes, there is a gearbox PTO on it.
It has a modified steel fuel tank which allows a shaft to pass or for something to be mounted on the chassis?
I wonder if it ran a generator or air compressor perhaps.

We have finally agreed a meeting point!
Please can all attending be at the (free) car park on:

Longmead Industrial Estate
Shaftesbury
Dorset

This is just off the main A350/A30 roundabout (easily identified as an ESSO garage is on that roundabout) see attached Google maps.

Please do your utmost to be there by 0845 at the latest!

The first group will be leaving at 0900 sharp.

You have a choice for lunch, bring something with you or starve! :D

We will be stopping briefly at Stonehenge for piccies if you wish, the main lunch stop will be at the services just down the road.

NOTE:
This will be a stop of no longer than 30 minutes, this will give you time for a pee and to eat your sarnies or have a Burger King.

We will not have time for Little Chef lunches so if you're daft enough to choose this option and you get left behind - TOUGH!

The afternoon session will be made up of two groups heading out onto Salisbury Plain until dusk.

Now for supper arrangements, we have wondered whether we all pile into Pizza Hut at Solstice Park, Amesbury at the end of the day.
If you fancy this idea (and yes you are paying for your own meals!) please PM me and ratty within 48 hours so we can book enough tables.

yes but you know what appens when you get stuck behind an old codger.....;)

It takes twice as long.

If you aint there to tailgate him it takes even longer.:p :p :p
