Being passenger I usually end up putting on tow ropes, been up to my thighs in very cold water in the middle of November :eek: .
Not fun!!!
 
My 2 worst laning moments, first one doing a 2 mile lane that took 9 hours to get to the other end and resulted in a popped rad plug and a blown rear diff. Was just glad to make it home on that one and the other was a friend saying try this lane and see how far you can make it, don't worry i'll pull you out and then saying i didn't think you'd get that far and i don't think i'll be able to pull you out of that, as my Disco sunk in the mud up to the bumpers.

Thankfully we've never got that stuck.
Had one time(which is well documented on here somewhere) when Boomer had get out if the disco Dukes of Hazzard style, and then dragged out by Grippa and MHM. :eek:
But other than that we jast watch everyone else get in a mess :D (namly Drewster, Muddydisco4 and Disco71)
 
Been a bit stuck on pay and play days, but there never a worry as you know your get out at some point.

And if it wasnt for you and boomer i'd still be lost on the planes ! Self admittedly crap navigator !:D
 
on the subject of being pulled out ...

hopefully wont need it and I know you guys have all the kit but I was hoping to bring along my own hi lift and winching gear on Saturday, hopefully with the chance to try em out before I actually needed to use them..

anyway, pay day delays mean I wont be able to buy them till Friday so wondered if any of you know somewhere near Trwobridge where I can go buy them from a shop rather than waiting for deliveries...

Oh and Met office is now saying its gonna RAIN on Satdee :mad:
