Yes it will fit. The winch may need new brushes potentially more depending on what you find if you win it, the RRC uses the same chassis as a D1

I was aware it's the same chassis, but wasn't sure if it was the right profile , as in, would stick out further ect.

I'll watch it and see.

I'm 99% sure they're exactly the same profile etc as I once fitted my fathers bull bars to my disco from his late soft dash vogue SE, all the headlights lined up. Even the 'Land Rover' lettering on the bonnet lined up true

And what grade and size would that be ?

I would recommend you contact a bolt supplier with the diameter of the bolts, quantity and how many to share the load. as winches can sometimes be subject to impact loading its best to have a grade / size that ensures the fastenings are well above the capacity of the winch.
I would suspect it would come out at 12.9
You could try here

I would also mention that you are going to weld them on as it may have some effect on the fastener.
Rather than weld them on I have just bolted them up then fitted one of these after the securing nut
Shear Nuts & Security Nuts
I like these other places sell them cheaper though

I had to go into work this morning, so I missed out on a last minuet bid.
It went for £159, someone got a real bargain.
