Right thats my job first thing, but is the timing out with it not starting on easy start, could the FIP be worn how powerful should the squirt be that comes out the pipe

I very much dought it with all the other grief your getting that goo isn't going to help clean them up try again with manifold off if no good put manifold on again but use your brain no need to fully bolt it up only both ends and say middle just nipped turbo pipe off at manifold end and crank and squirt

I know you probably haven't cleaned inter cooler out yet but if that last hose to air manifold isn't connected your not going to let more gunge in as long as you have cleaned the air manifold too or you be back to square one! And if you have a valve not closing you haven't got Compression test needed

I would like to say a big thankyou, i have been on it most of the day and.............. SHE WORKS :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
cleaned all the inlet ports out, what a long drawn out job that was but she fired into life and sounds super sweet, still got loads to clean up and put back but that will be a joy now that shes a runner

Cool now you need to see where its comming from so bad,cam breather, turbo , camshaft advance .

Looks like it could well be the cam breather as you can pretty much follow it thru the pipes from there, don't know if you can buy new ones or why it would be throwing so much oil out?

Could be worn rings pressurising .

Can I just say a big thank you to yourself its nice to see someone supplying photos updating us as to what you have done so far so many expect us to be Psychic the more you tell us the more we know ! Who would of thought you had gummed up valves huh bet she smoked a bit clearing all that out lol

Thanks, i know what its like when people don't tell you things which leaves you guessing, i never would have thought gummed up valves but now the work starts, yeah she smoked us out:D will take a while i
think to clear it all out, i have not revved it yet as the turbo is not on properly, but will get it all connected up tomorrow and give it a blast out and clear it, just need to get rid of the eas fault :rolleyes:
