Before you contact him,it might be good to tell him you have contacted other of his buyers who have also had enough and we might take out a group claim through the courts,if that does not worry him nothing will.

He has actually claimed “in 13 years of sales he has never had an issue” which obviously we both know not to be the case

A "mate" finds a burner phone text with just their home address usually works, unsettles them enough to realise there's no hiding place.;)

I'm having issues with Nigel Brain also. (He calls himself "Professor Nigel Brain" and told me he was a particle physicist, but cannot find any reference to anyone by that name online.) I also did some digging one him and found out he has 11 dissolved companies as well as bull****ting about being a professor.
I bought a Disco 3 off him and have had no end of trouble with it from the day I bought it. He agreed to give me £750 refund due to all the work. He paid me two lots of £250 which was like getting blood out of a stone but after 3 months has said he's refusing to pay the rest. He's a piece of **** and I'm getting the debt collectors onto him.

My mate from post #26 is also a partical physicist and can explain how his particular steel toe caped boots come into physical contact with the professor's nut's.:D:D

Contact Trading Standards and lodge a complaint with ebay if thats how you bought it.
Another person bought a Disco 3 and he took the vehicle back but last I heard he had not refunded the money

Tsalt had problems with him but I have not heard the outcome.
It may also be a criminal offence to call yourself a prof when you are not, told me he was a maths prof working with Oxford Uni but they have never heard of him.
Time for the heavies to move in !

He's a practical physicist and that particular demonstration is about transfer of momentum from a large object to two small objects.

I suspect Dr Drey is not a real doctor but I might be wrong.
