I'm having to remove one if my roof access ladders in order to fit a swing away carrier so ...

It's one of the ones that sits in the gutter rail and bolts to the rear crossmember. In black.

im 7 miles north, not far from johnstone bridge services at junction 16 on the m74. Not this weekend though as I am at LZ...

but next weekend would be fine *just checking as some people call this next etc*

first dibs to ben im afraid. No problem, i can leave it at home with the mrs and mother in law or if its later in the evening i could meet you on the motorway services or something.

Nah don't worry about meeting its hassle for you. I'm happy to come collect it. Can either come Thursday day time leaving hitchin at 10am so Lockerbie around 1/2pm or on Monday at like midday?
