Hi all

I have a 110 CSW that I am re-building.
It came with a sunroof that has leaked over the years and caused the underside of the roof lining to become soft and disintegrate. Plan is to do away with the sunroof and repair where the water has caused damage. Also try to fill in where the sunroof was with the same or similar type material as the existing type and re-cover with a new lining.

I would appreciate it iof anyone can answer the following questions or offer any advise on doing so?

1. What is the name of the green/blue felt type material used by Land Rover for the roof?

2. Where can I buy this material or similar.

3. Where can I buy the roof lining material in Matt Black?

4. Anyone tried this before and offer any advice please?

Cheers

If you can't get matt black just spray it with a rattle can, saw this done on that programe that mike brewer hosts.

I'd replace the felt with camping mat - warmer and doesn't hold water.

Best stuck to the roof with high temp spray adhesive, which also helps remove weight from the lining so it sags less

Black speaker cloth also works as a covering, and is slightly stretchy so it can be pulled tight
