I probably will end up doing that, but new material would really stand out against my 26 year old upholstery.

As a tempory measure I'll just have to try to find some buff coloured towels to replace the black ones ... or stop being lazy and tuck the screens away in the boot.

Looking forward to your Illustrated 'DIY How-to' though.

I just got the marital in the post this am, I'm hoping the weather holds for the w/end otherwise I'm gona **** SWMBO by doing it inside!!
 
Faux Suede Cream 3m on the first one (close up) you can see it marks like real Suede, it looks good feels nice and soft to the touch (silky feel)

I wont try this as everytime I have tried i get glue on my fingers and it gets everywhere!
 
Yea a new thread would be best I think, it will save confusion, I just started doing a bit 2day and took some photos, so its a start anyway just taking the hardware off like the handles and light clusters ect
