Aye once you've ****ed about with the pin numbers it is but in my drawing
pin 30 is the feed from the battery
pin 87 goes to the switched live for the headlamps
pin 86 is earthed
pin 85 carries the live supply via a switch to the spot lamps. so whats the problem.

whats wrong with putting a switch on the line to 85? That way you can use a low wattage switch!

So yer saying there is no way my diagram will work?

looking at moldy's version and comparin it to reds, im tempted ter side wi red, but only on account that by goin wi moldy that wuld mean the switch was allus live when the main beam is on, whereas reds means the switch has the relay between the feed and the current when the main beam is on.

i might be wrong tho ;)

Don't know about you lot but I have my spot wired up reds way :)

power to the relay from main beam through a switch (no light:eek: but ya can tell when they are on cos you can see).

an if yu run a wire back from the light side of the relay to ya warning light - it tells yu there is power to the light and not just that the switch is working.

oooh and pikey gets back up from a more knowledgeable source, were back in play, pikey has tagged big sean

now weve got a tag team of daft and big sean, poor old moldy is gettin slaughtered, surely the ref wont let this continue for very long
