Hardly epic mega miles I know but a usefull follow up to an 800 mile French camping trip in August was an 1100 mile trip from my home in Northern Ireland down to my parents on the Isle of Wight last week - via the Dublin to Hoylake ferry. Two plus two plus our Springer! My D2 is new to me and my first LR so these long trouble free trips aid the bonding process and the preparatory DIY service and inspection work help me learn and get to know the TD5.

Couple of images attached, the big lad on the iow ferry, and me showing off the usefullness of the Britpart rear bike carrier for hanging a wheelchair on as well as bikes!
