I've just seen on FB that Freddy has passed away. I would just like to say that having met Freddy at several LZ events. That he was one of the most laid back and nicest People I've met in a very long time. I for one will miss him deeply.
James was one of our best, one of the most genuine guys I've had the privilege to spend time with. He was a big man with a big heart and LZ events won't be the same without him.
Sat in my car and just seen this news and am so sad ...I can't even begin to imagine the gap he'll leave in all of the lives of those who loved him . Even to the end, these last few weeks he was talking of attending LZ11 with a carer to help with his wheelchair. He was a man who tried to play the crappy hand he'd been dealt to the best of his ability. He was a giant of a man with a giant of an appetite for live and I shall miss him at events
