7bar is like 101psi. don't run that muchIf you are shortening the wastegate actuator and not getting increased boost then you have a boost leak or faulty wastegate. More likely the boost leak.

Hi Rick, as many have stated, even after 10 years this is the best information I have been able to find.
Now I'm trying to get the right VDO Singleviu gauges to work as you've instructed but having a hard time getting accurate information. Would you be able to help? I have called VDO, and other distributers but no one knows what you know.
It seems like a EGT with 1650*F is enough for temp, right?
And a 2bar enough for boost gauge?
Can you help if you know which SingleViu gauges I should buy?

lol... Sorry mate. I've had Rick's guide up on my browser for 3 months, and been trying to piece together the parts from my current forum group over at Defender Source without luck, so I thought I'd bite the bullet and jump in head first.
