Has anyone fitted reversing sensors to a D2 (2002)? If so, is there access to feed the sensor wires into the interior or will I have to drill a hole in the boot floor? I have a kit coming. Power will come from the live feed to the reversing light.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ha ha. I have a tow bar but I suspect the crunching of other cars in car parks might be frowned upon

There's a grommeted hole in both left hand & right hand inner corner panels where the wiring for the rear light clusters comes out. They're about 6 inches below the lights & accessible from outside if you take an upper rear light out & from the inside if you pull the removable slotted vent panel out of the bottom rear of the side trims. you can feed wires down the channel & out underneath with the existing wiring to the rear bumper.

+1, best way.

Thank you. That’ll be perfect as the control box needs to remain dry. Many thanks for your help
