Hi

Just wondering if anybody had already fitted reverse lights to a series, if so can you tell me how to wire it up so that it comes on when I engage reverse, or do I have to switch it manually?

Apparently you can put a switch on the reverse gate on the gaerbox. Not done it yet :) I would also make it an ignition contrled live so if you leave in reverse when you turn off they will go out.

although to be honest id try to go for a switch that has a nut on it to lock it into place ,saves faffing around tapping a thread in the bracket ,and this ones on my list of stuff to do as well ,specialy with the dark nights starting now

Stick a worklight or two on the back wiv a switch on the dash. Yer can see a feck sight more than wiv a reversing light & it dunt arf shock people.

had mine in bits yesterday and i noticed that the mounting bracket for the gear stic is already drilled and tapped ready to take a switch :D :D ...................cool as
