My '97 Disco 1 has been on the drive for a year while i slowly work through the list of MOT failures. I thought it would take me a fortnight at most - unfortunately work and life keep getting in the way.

So, my question is - other than the flat bettery, is there anything I should be looking out for before/when i start it again.

Thanks,
Ben.

Disconnect fuel solenoid and turn it over a couple of times to get the oil flowing before you let it fire up.
