Morning all, I'm after some advice.
I was getting some lovely patterns on my rear tyres caused by diff oil leaking from the hub and spraying around the tyre as I drove.
As much as I love the pretty pattern it's probably time I got it sorted!
It was on both wheels originally so first thing I did was to order some hub caps and changed all the oil in the diffs. This stopped the problem for a while on both wheels, however it has come back on the drivers side.
So my assumption is that it's probably the hub?
If this is the case can I replace just the seals or am I better off and just as easy to replace the bearings as well?
Just been reading Busters guide for the bearings and as normal he makes it look a fairly easy job. Is this the case or am I much easier just replacing the seals, if this is possible?
Any help would be appreciated.
Tony
