Hi. Is there a guide anywhere to replacing the defender 90 crossmember ? Ive downloaded some word instructions but pictures are very useful and I cant fand anything. I can't imagine its a very dificult job but wiould be good to have guidance.

This is from lr4x4 - it did have pics, looks like they may have a problem at their end though 90 rear crossmember replacement - LR4x4 - The Land Rover Forum

Yeh, thats the guide that I found. Pics dont seem to be working. Thanks anyway.

You really dont need instructions, its a unpleasant but easy job.
