I have a 110 TD5 (99) I am intending to replace the engine with a later 04 model, should I anticipate any problems. I am aware of the difference in EGR. Should there be any thing else before, during or after.

Probably a good idea to download the rave cd as there are quite a few differences but they seem to mainly be of concern from a part swapping point of view. It should have its own ecu as they are different after 2002 I think.
