I had become increasingly p1$$£d off with the doors on the landy recently; I either accepted that they leaked like a sponge or moved the catcher all the way forward and had to slam them to close. I have replaced the 2nd row door ones with a product from a well known engineer firm, and whilst I can't fault the quality I didn't want to spend another £25 replacing the front ones. So here is what I did:
Remove the warn catcher plate

Place the plate in a vice and cut out the centre bar

Use a punch to knock out the centres

I bought some s/steel counter sunk screws 30mm long (£3 for ten delivered off fleabay). A length of aluminium bar 100mm long 10mm diameter with a 6mm hole through the centre (£2.94 delivered of fleabay). I already had some washers and nuts lying around.
I cut a 16mm length of the tube and rebuilt the plate

Rather than cut the white block to accommodate the nut I simply turned it around.
Takes about 15mins and costs @ £1 per side - simples.
