How do you remove the top mounting bush from the top end of arear shock absorber? No problem getting the shock off but cannot see how to get the bush out - Thanks in advance of any replies. PS it is a 2004 Defender 110 Td5

WD40 and mole grips..

whack it out with suitable punch,press neww one in with vice
