Hi all, I'm intending to replace these damaged headrests but I can't see any obvious way of removing them, any one done this and how? It's a Disco 1 (300 series).

Cheers
Al

Hmm, got a message from the breakers, they can't figure out how to remove them either. Haynes manual says naff all about em... time for my chainsaw :D

You have to remove the seat covers from the base to expose the bolts. then remove the bolts and the headrests to finish off removing the seat covers.
