Good Morning ladies and gents.

I have been a member of the forum for a while now, and have previously introduced myself.

Like any good (and bad) Hollywood blockbuster, I’m making a comeback.

I’m 34 and live in East Sussex. I finished rebuilding my landy about 6 years ago, but then decided I was going to go to uni and become a paramedic. Sadly the Land Rover got parked in the garden and was...unloved. I’m now qualified with some spare money and time, and with the mot exemption coming up,the Land Rover is getting some love again.

So,the Land Rover... I took 3 apart, and built one up, and the finished product is as follows...

1968 S2a SWB, currently running the windowless van back, and rollered in NATO green.
Converted to a 3.5 V8 from a 71 Range Rover.
Parabolic springs with pro comp shocks
Was running an overdrive, but have recently taken it out.
Free wheeling hubs.

Cheers for reading

Maverick.

Welcome home - sounds like you've been productive and now you are going to be busy. Well done! Don't forget the progress pics.

Thanks guys.

Today she is looking a bit sorry for herself, and the sitting in the elements has taken its toll I notice as I take more bits off. :(

I guess I need to work out how to add some pics
