hi has anybody ever sand basted and reglvanized Cappings
if so how did it work out.. did they warp or anything on you

They came back perfect, not distorting whatsoever.
Unfortunately I can't find a photo of the finished items (apart from when fitted to the body).

Get yourself a tin of Galvafroid and cold galv them.
