Flat one inside cab. I appreciate you getting back to me, I have sorted it now. I spent 3hrs yesterday on it and just over 4hrs today, Cut a long story short I found that there is a shorting out where all the wires that go into the 2 fuse holder Just pushing on the bank of wires made the heater work!! So happy now lol.Do you mean the flat Smiths one inside or the box one under the bonnet?
I don't think it matters which way round you wire it, have you tested it on a bench? Removing it may have loosened an internal connection.

Thank you Colthebrummie, I have got the heater working now it turned out to be lose wire on the fuse box. Many thanks MarkI don't think it matters which way round you wire it, have you tested it on a bench? Removing it may have loosened an internal connection.

Are they easy to fit as I’m not the brightest when it comes to electrics! lolRather than try to fit a bigger fuse box wich is quite tricky as it could require a lot of wiring to break up the circuits it may be better to fit some in-line fuses to specific circuits that you have concerns about. The other thing that works well is to put in some fused relays, this adds some fuses and reduces the current through the old wiring.
