Well U said "tow bar"

But where would they fit on the tow bar I have? I have a ANR6643. The only ones I found are for defender ones with NATO holes?

In addition this tow bar attaches to the place where the jates connect so would they still not need to be that these specially prepared, lined and welded as stated by Brian?

Well U said "tow bar" why not get a "pin ball" wizard tow hitch and fit to the tow bar.
Something like this, and it is fitted to a Disco. You might need a new or different drop plate.

Fitted mine when I got my disco, a lucky find on a boot sale stall brand new for £10, shortly after I decided to go back and buy the other two he had but couldn't find the stall :(

Question .......
Why not fly down to Marrakesh and then just hire a Landcruiser while you're there?
It's gotta be a whole lot easier, cheaper and less stressful.
:D
Frankly, I think you're worrying about nothing. The road to Marrakesh is hardly what it was back in the sixties when the hippies went south on camel trains .......

I don't know, your the one suggesting shackles plus fitting to tow bar, I thought u were thinking of fitting them through the holes on both sides of the tow bar.

"tow bar attaches to the place where the jates connect" correct... it either not both.
The holes are sleeved in manufacturing in preparation for the possible attachment of a tow bar or Jate rings.

I'll never achieve my plan of an early grave without adding stress onto my life! Also I like the adventure in it plus I have the vehicle now. Most rental places don't allow "off road" and also having my own gives me more freedom
