Hi after three years of fairly easy motoring, coming up from shaftsbury my lse lost power on gas so switched to liquid gold took off like a good un
about a mile later she boiled coasted off the road asap sat (swearing)quietly for a few moments ,130 miles from home eventualy we remembered we may have recovery ( we did ) got her home . Next day we set about tracing the
fault two days later tears . split liner no 1 cyl now reveiwing options
suggestion welcombe repair/scrap ?

As its a classic some good second hand engines are available. A lot of classics end up in the scrappers with good engines because the bodies have rotted as opposed to going there with knakered engines.
