Hi guys have sus inactive, compressor is heating up!!
Just wondering if fitting new seals to compressor will help or is it a new compressor:mad::mad::mad::(

Might do just depends if you got a leak somewhere and compressor working over time.

Sounds like L322?

Didn't think the pump was WABCO though. That's normally the brakes.

Think couple different type of pump fitted on l322, some the same as audi a6 allroad which is on air and kits for those on ebay, friend of mine did his allroad with one.

Same as the bmw estate or tourer, I've been told, if it's the L322. If it's a P38 you can get the kit but make sure you also replace the piston barrel.

D3 used Hitachi and another make I cannot recall. Might have started with an 'o'.

Knorr-Bremse is another maker, they make the air compressor on my Mercedes 614 Vario. 24V, only used for the handbrake, main brakes are vacuum over hydraulic with a vacuum pump driven along with the power steering pump.
