i've purchased in excess of 10 S2 and 3 GBs over the past year using the above principle - all have been spot on - with the exception of one that lost 3rd, but seeing as it does have a V8 SD1 in it and it was up to it's axles in clay at the time i am not overly bothered by it failing
feel free to spend your money on shiny new parts and if your ok to have your vehicle off the road for days while you figure out how to rebuild your GB
i'd much rather source a good used (and cheap) GB, have it fitted in a morning and it's back on the road before noon
